New Mobile App for the Subaru Owner Loyalty Program (OLP)

DRC developed the Subaru OLP Mobile App to help Subaru’s sales and service employees quickly and easily access their customers’ survey results right from their iPhone or Android phone. Dealership staff can use the app to see how their individual performance metrics compare to overall dealership scores, view priority items that need improvement, access best practices on how to improve performance, and read survey details including customer information, comments, and survey responses.

DRC’s Kevin Ptak and Rebekah Rushing pilot tested the new app with sales and service staff at the Brooklyn Park Subaru dealership on May 27. The initial reaction was positive about the interface and how it worked, and DRC has several enhancements planned for the future.
