Holly Dance

Holly Dance provides executive oversight to all work performed by DRC in support of our certification and licensure clients and their goals. Ms. Dance has more than 22 years of experience in the assessment, licensure, and certification industry. This experience includes work across business development, account management, test development, operations, and finance. Ms. Dance has in-depth, significant customer interface experience across multiple verticals in the licensure and certification industry, leading internal cross-functional teams. She has a proven track record of delivering results and improving operational efficiencies. Prior to joining DRC, Ms. Dance served as Vice President of Global Account Management at Prometric, providing executive leadership for high-profile projects across six different business verticals and leading the test development function both in the US and abroad.

Director, Test Development

Jessica Anderson

Jessica Anderson has been helping organizations and individuals in the licensure and certification industry to better understand the people side of their businesses, industries, and workplaces for over 13 years. As an independent consultant and in test development at a large testing organization, Ms. Anderson was primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating content development for licensure and certification program exams, which included managing job analyses, standard settings, and client reports. Ms. Anderson completed PhD-level coursework in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the City University of New York Graduate Center and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.

Executive Vice President, Research

Dave Chayer

Dave Chayer oversees all psychometric activities at DRC and ensures that methodologies and processes are valid and legally defensible. He has produced and evaluated measurement instruments and has designed and implemented standard setting procedures for the company. He has more than 22 years of experience performing and directing research and test development activities in norm-referenced, large-scale assessment, and licensure/certification testing programs for both paper-and-pencil and computer-based testing. Mr. Chayer holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology, specializing in Measurement, and a B.A. in Statistics, both from the University of Minnesota.
