• Customized Print and Mail Services—Our in-house Document Services division excels in high-volume, customized print and mail operations. We leverage advanced high-speed printing, collating, stitching, and inserting equipment with camera matching capabilities. Our services also include robust recovery processes, presorting, and reliable mail delivery both within the U.S. and internationally.

• Accurate High-Volume Scanning—Data collection forms are processed using advanced image scanners designed to handle high paper volumes while maintaining exceptional image clarity and speed. These scanners accurately detect respondent marks and handwritten text made with pen or pencil, ensuring maximum sensitivity and precision. When forms use image drop-out colors, the scanners effectively isolate and capture respondent marks while eliminating background image fields. DRC’s scanners also feature powerful engines capable of reading barcodes inline—before downstream data capture. Additionally, each document is imprinted with unique processing information during scanning, enabling seamless tracking and linking of data records to their corresponding paper forms throughout the entire processing lifecycle.

• Web Data Collection—Expert design extends beyond paper forms to all modes of administration. Web-based data collection forms are created using industry best practices and are fully 508-compliant to ensure accessibility and ease of use. Access to the online data collection site is restricted to authorized users with a valid, unique passcode.
