Verification of the request may require you to provide DRC with personal information matching the personal information DRC collects as described under Information Collection and Use above. You may designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf by sending written materials demonstrating that the authorized agent has been granted power of attorney to PrivacySupport@datarecognitioncorp.com.

DRC will process your Request to Know or Request to Delete unless DRC is required to keep the personal information for the purposes of complying with any applicable federal or state laws.

Security of Information
Security measures are in place on DRC websites to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. DRC offers industry-standard security measures available through your Web browser. Please remember that e-mail is not secure. Therefore, DRC asks that you do not send confidential information such as social security or account numbers to us via an unsecured e-mail message.
