We began with 50 employees in one location—a small group of people dedicated to differentiating their company by providing superior customer service. Since that time, DRC has evolved into a full-service information management company with a staff of more than 750 full-time employees and over 3,000 seasonal and temporary employees in 5 locations around the country and 459,000 square feet. Today, DRC’s business units serve the K–12 and adult education sector, Federal and state governments, licensure boards and associations, and commercial clients worldwide.
- Education Services provides full-service, customized and off-the shelf assessment solutions, including high-stakes summative assessments (grades 3–8 and high school, end-of-course, and English language learner), adult education, interim/benchmark and formative assessments, and classroom diagnostic assessments.
- Survey Services offers support in all phases of the survey process for Federal and state government and commercial clients, from development through analysis and reporting.
- Document Services provides advanced data and document solutions, including high-speed variable digital printing and mailing and in-house typesetting, printing, and finishing/fulfillment services for education, government, and commercial clients.
- Licensure & Certification provides content design and test development, psychometric and research services, and exam administration for licensure boards and associations.
