DRC excels in delivering results for large-scale, complex programs involving such challenges as multiple modes and versions, numerous hierarchical organizational levels, and content-sensitive surveys.

On an annual basis, DRC:

  • Produces over 6 million paper surveys

  • Processes in excess of 2.5 million paper surveys

  • Sends over 2 million web survey invitations

  • Captures more than 600,000 web responses

  • Delivers high-volume projects with sample sizes up to 1.3 million

DRC is a full-service provider of web surveys, including in-house hosting at our facilities of all the technology required to administer and report on these surveys. As an example, for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), DRC constructs and fields approximately 12 different web surveys a year (each administered to sample sizes ranging between 5,000 and 250,000 individuals) with exacting requirements in complexity, security, and availability (i.e., global administrations are 24/7). DRC also maintains multiple customer satisfaction web surveys on an ongoing basis for one of our large commercial clients, creating 3,000 to 5,000 tracking reports a week for a central reporting portal. Our proven, reliable, and secure process delivers high-quality, actionable data to our clients.

DRC provides comprehensive paper survey solutions. This encompasses such activities as distribution, collection, materials receipt, scanning, data verification, and paper report printing. DRC’s scanning data capture bandwidth is exceptional, involving millions of forms a year. Throughout our many years of operation, we have continuously invested in new, state-of-the-art scanning equipment as it has become available in the marketplace and routinely evaluated our capacity, adding equipment as necessary. This commitment to providing our clients with the latest in scanning capabilities has led to increased production, improved efficiencies, and enhanced accuracy of results. As an example of our capacity, DRC recently printed and mailed over 1.6 million survey packets for a project sponsored by the U.S. Army Medical Command.

DRC has the capability to administer telephone data collection projects, whether stand-alone or seamlessly integrated into a dual- or multi-mode survey project. By incorporating telephone survey data into an overall survey program, DRC is able to deliver stronger, deeper insight to our clients to meet program requirements and objectives.
